Restia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where applicable.
